The oldest trailing blackberry variety on the Pacific Coast, the loganberrywas developed in California (it now comes primarily from Oregon). Loganberriesare large, long, dark red, and quite tart; combine them with sweeter berriesin pies, or use them in jams. Their season extends from mid May throughmid-July.
