BERRIES

Berries are small succulent fruits that grow on vines, canes, or small bushes. They usually have seeds. In some types the seeds are hard, fairly large, and very obvious, and in others the seeds are minute and go unnoticed. While some berries are more hardy than others, all varieties are perishable and should be stored under refrigeration.
