LEMON GRASS
Lemon grass also known as citronella grass, is a tropical grass with thestrong aroma and taste of lemon. It is similar to scallions in appearancebut with a woody texture. Only the lower base and white leaf stalks areused. Available fresh or quick-frozen, lemon grass is widely used in Indonesianand Southeast Asian cuisine.
